The Pooch Party was officially launched in 2019 although its roots reach back to 2018. It was organized by local Real Estate Agent Ryan Ligeza as a way to help support the Burlington Humane Society and all the amazing work that they do. Several local businesses have donated time and money to help get the party to where it is today.

The Pooch Party consists of three main activities. These are the obstacle course where dogs are timed for the run through the obstacle course, the dog trick competition where the best or funniest trick wins, and the amateur dog pageant where the judges decide who wins based off three criteria. You can learn more about each activity on the corresponding page on this website. This year we have welcomed vendors to the Pooch Party, where they can come and sell their products or services. We believe this will offer an interesting venue for dog lovers and owners to find some new and interesting things for their four legged friends.
